Discounts

For “major treatment” our office extends a discount with the treatment paid in-full one week prior to the appointment date. You will receive a 5% discount on the patient portion using cash or check and a 3% discount for credit card transactions. Certain restrictions may apply when using special financing.

Third-Party Financing

We offer a third-party payment plan through CareCredit® with special financing options available upon credit approval. With CareCredit you would be able to make comfortable monthly payments to receive the recommended treatment you need right away. Applying is easy and convenient with instant approval by going online or a simple phone call.

Insurance Information

We are classified as an “out-of-network” dental provider, meaning our office does not contract with any insurance plans. Even so, most PPO insurance companies will still reimburse you for a portion of your claim to an “out-of-network” dentist. While we do require full payment at the time of service, we will provide a claim form that you will mail directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. Most insurance companies will send you a check within two to three weeks if your procedure is covered. Medicare will not reimburse claims from our office, but if you have secondary insurance, they may provide reimbursement.

Do you take my insurance?
